Working Hours: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST

Role Purpose: We are looking for an AI Developer with a strong delivery mindset; someone who combines technical depth with practical execution, takes ownership of outcomes, and thrives in an environment that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As an AI Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our AI-driven strategies, bringing innovation to our business processes. This position is expected to get involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI project, right from problem framing to deployment and maintenance in production. We’re looking for someone with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to build and maintain AI capabilities into our existing business functionalities.

AI Development:

• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our Generative AI models and implementations.

• Identify opportunities to use AI to enhance our internal business processes.

• Stay up to date with advancements in AI and machine learning techniques to drive innovation.

• Educate and foster culture on using AI to the colleagues.

• Continuously identify opportunities to innovate, streamline workflows, and improve business outcomes using AI-driven solutions.

• Apply emerging AI techniques pragmatically, balancing experimentation with production readiness.

Python Coding:

• Write efficient, maintainable code for our AI products.

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, contributing to long-term platform stability and scalability.

• Proactively identify technical debt and participate in refactoring and quality improvement initiatives.

Platform Delivery:

• Collaborate with Infrastructure team to maintain our AI products deployed in Cloud environment.

• Ensure that our AI capabilities meet our security and legal standard.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain and enhance our current Generative AI products and tools deployed in our cloud infrastructure.

• Monitor and evaluate our AI product in production and proactively identify and troubleshoot issues and driving continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into new AI tools and features.

• Build Generative AI or predictive models, based workflow for various business applications (e.g., Research Pricing, recommendation systems).

• Ensure that our AI solution development and deployment comply with internal security, legal and governance standard.

• Communicate findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to building an internal culture of effective and responsible AI usage.

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with product and business objectives.

• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

• Proficiency in Python with experience developing production-grade AI or ML applications.

• Experience deploying and operating AI workloads in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.

• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g. OpenAI API, Bedrock)

• Familiarity with Agents and RAG.

• Familiarity with containerisation (e.g. Docker)

• Knowledge of deploying python-based API (e.g. FastAPI)

Familiarity with front-end UI for Generative-AI based application (e.g. Typescript, streamlit)

Education and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field Profile and Skills

• Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to deliver individually and as well as a part of the team

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
