Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Europe’s fastest growing board portal solution and to build on the success of iBabs.

The Account Manager will be responsible for continuing exceptional sales growth in this market through customer referrals, our lead generation call and online solutions, tenders and self-generated leads.

Working with the CRO and the sales team, the Sales Manager is responsible for :

  • Selling one of Euronext Corporate Services’ products iBabs in the UK, Ireland  and internationally.
  • Defining and building a sales strategy across both listed and non-listed organizations, business development, lead generation, , customer success, sales
  • Working with the Euronext Corporate Solutions team as well as external providers
  • Building revenue by acquiring new and existing clients: pitch qualified prospects and close deals

As Account Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the portfolio of iBabs English-speaking clients, attending to day-to-day needs, ensuring timely and successful delivery of responses and solutions
  • Liaising between clients and technical, support and research teams
  • Building, optimizing and managing strong client relationships, feedback and success
  • Identifying and closing upsell opportunities with existing clients.
