We are looking for an HR Business Partner France to join our team at Euronext Paris SA. The position will be based in Paris and will start on 1 March 2026. In this role, you will support the management and employees of the COO (IT & Operations) department in all HR processes, implementing HR strategy and projects to sustain business performance and employee experience.

Key Accountabilities

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Managing the employee life cycle from recruitment to termination, acting as the main point of contact for employees and local managers or senior managers on all HR topics
  • Managing recruitment in collaboration with managers and senior managers, including sourcing, school relations and relationships with agencies and headhunters, and following up on integration and onboarding
  • Supporting the training plan, including its design, implementation and reporting
  • Supporting career management and internal mobility processes
  • Following up on budget and workforce planning tools
  • Supporting local managers and partnering with them on management discussions, performance assessment and team engagement
  • Managing individual cases in close collaboration with the HR Director, including performance issues, disciplinary cases and termination discussions
  • Supporting discussions with works council and staff representatives where necessary
  • Participating in transversal HR projects for France and the Group

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in human resources or social law
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in human resources in an HR business partner role within an international and matrixed context
  • Strong ability to support managers and senior managers on HR issues
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to operate daily in an international context
  • Rigorous, organised, collaborative and analytical
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Group policy messages to employees and managers
  • Comfortable with Excel and HRIS tools
