You will join the group's Investor Relations and Communications function which is responsible for overseeing media, brand, investor relations, events and employee communications.  

Role Summary

The VIE Communications Officer will be focused on internal communication and employee engagement, reporting to the Head of Internal Communications in an international team. The position will be in Brussel, starting from March-April 2026, the VIE Communications Officer will provide support to a wide range of internal communications campaigns and events for both the Euronext Group and the Brussels office. They will contribute to the development and implementation of employee communication content and channels. 

They will support the press and media team by coordinating media activities and events, preparing and delivering high-quality communications content, strengthening media relationships, and collaborating across teams to maximise media reach and impact.


Key accountabilities:

  • Support the execution of Euronext’s internal communication strategy, in line with the organisation’s global and local communication strategy and plans.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, in particular Communications and HR, to define and execute a robust and innovative local and global internal communications, aligned to the wider business strategy.
  • Organisation of local and global internal communication’s activities
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as intranet, newsletters and regular email bulletins.
  • Create and deliver successful creative communications and events to engage and enthuse employees, as to achieve strong business results.
  • Maximise the effectiveness of the Euronext intranet
  • Work seamlessly with the broader communications team to ensure consistency of messaging across Europe and across all businesses within the Group.
  • Support ideas and promote Employee branding across the Group through internal tools, as well as with internal/external initiatives and projects          
  • Good understanding of brand guidelines to ensure compliance of internal branding, marketing and event materials with the support of the Group graphic agency.
  • Assist with the coordination media and other public events, such as press interviews, photoshoots and film recordings.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials, including press briefings for key spokespersons, press releases, Q&A’s, and press kits, across various business activities.
  • Contribute to the development of content for social media and other (digital) platforms, maximising the  social presence and impact of the company and key spokespeople.
  • Maintain and update the media database, fostering strong relationships with key media contacts.
  • Work closely with the events and marketing team to support campaigns and events with media reach and increase effective communication with other stakeholders.

Your profile:

  • Previous significant experience in a Communications role managing international projects and teams.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to form and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creativity to deliver effective internal communication campaigns and events
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Teamwork attitude and proactive approach
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English essential.
  • Good oral and written skills in French preferred.
