Functieomschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Account Executive, die bereid is tussen Capelle aan den IJssel en Amsterdam te reizen, met een sterk netwerk binnen de Investor Relations. Je adviseert onze klanten bij het behalen van hun communicatiedoelen door van onze diensten gebruik te maken. Company Webcast heeft haar activiteiten op drie taken gericht, namelijk Stakeholder Communicatie (Investor Relations), Interne Communicatie en Marketing Communicatie.

Jouw taken

  • Inkomstenbeheer

Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van inkomsten (waarvan bij enige regelmaat) door bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten in te spelen op de waarde van elk SaaS-product.

  • Relatiebeheer

Het leggen van strategische en tactische contacten op managementniveau (waaronder hoofden van Investor Relations, Marketing & Communicatie, Verkoop & Inkoopafdelingen) via klantennetwerken en andere kanalen.

The Client Secretariat Associate will play a key role in ensuring effective client engagement and governance within the Euronext Securities Convergence Program and will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between client perspectives and the organization’s service offerings.

This role supports the implementation and execution of the Client Engagement Framework, which includes facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and coordinating activities related to the Executive Design Group, Domain Design Group, and Local Market Readiness Groups. 

Key accountabilities

  • Client Engagement and Governance Support:
    • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of client engagement activities;
    • Support clear and consistent communication on program objectives, updates, and decisions to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Material Preparation and Documentation:
    • Develop, edit, and coordinate the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for client interactions;
    • Ensure all documentation aligns with the strategic objectives of the Convergence Program and is delivered to clients in a timely manner.

  • Client Input and Feedback Management:
    • Collect, manage, and coordinate client inputs, feedback, and requests across various business domains and teams;
    • Ensure client feedback is effectively integrated into the development and execution of the Convergence Program;
    • Address differing opinions by ensuring that prevailing arguments are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Meeting Coordination and Agenda Management:
    • Coordinate meeting schedules, manage agendas, and ensure productive client meetings within the Client Engagement Framework;
    • Facilitate meetings with necessary stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and documentation of outcomes;
    • Produce and share meeting minutes and communicate key takeaways to the program team.


Your profile

  • Experience:
    • Experience in the financial services or post-trade industry, with a focus on client engagement, governance, or program management;
    • Exposure to coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong organizational skills;
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
    • Collaborative and customer-oriented, with a high level of accountability and integrity;
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred Knowledge:
    • Understanding of the post-trade value chain and familiarity with Euronext’s market model, service offerings, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

  • Education and Language Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related fields (equivalent work experience may be considered);
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
