A QA engineer will be responsible of the quality standards and its improvements during the development phases during the lifecycle of the software. Within Euronext, the Listing Department is in charge of the relationship with listed companies and those contemplating an IPO. Our mission is to promote financial markets and explain to business leaders the benefits of listing and how to better use financial markets once public. In addition, we are fully supporting a dynamic through creating and promoting new services and financing instruments, developing  the investors’ axis, bringing together the ecosystem and lobbying towards European public authorities.

Within the Listing Department,  the Analyst Team is the statistical and information knowledge center. The intern will be involved in the launch and development of new initiatives (targeting innovative Tech SMEs across Europe, Family owned-businesses, etc.) and will participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on market activity from a Listing perspective.

Launching our new strategy in 2019, “Let’s Grow Together 2022”, within the listing department six pillars of growth were identified. Here the intern will play a key role in the further development of SME Qualitative Research. Facilitating the real finance Euronext Amsterdam is identifying ways in which to encourage SMEs to access the capital markets for their financing needs. Working collectively with the Netherlands ecosystem (major banks, auditors, institutional and private investors) Euronext is rolling out an SME plan.

The internship will run for a duration of six months, starting in February 2022, in which the candidate will be compensated €500 monthly. 

Your tasks

  • Conducting industry, market and company-specific research.

  • Researching trends in various industry sectors.

  • Help implement the Netherlands SME plan.

  • The Intern will support sales representatives in the preparation of their meetings and presentation materials, spanning the entire value chain (clients, prospects, the capital markets ecosystem, etc.).

DEVELOPMENT OF SHAREHOLDER ANALYSIS ACTIVITY ALONGSIDE THE SHAREHOLDERS RIGHT DIRECTIVE II & GEOGRAPHIC EXPANSION IN EUROPE


The European expansion of our Advisory & IR Solutions business is a strategic pillar for the next two years. Already serving clients in France, the Shareholder Analysis team will deploy a lot of efforts to serve Oslo Børs Clients and to accompany the European implementation of the Shareholders Right Directive II (SRD II), which should unlock the business potential outside France to Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway etc. Share registers in Europe will be more transparent and more easily accessible from local CSDs.

Job summary

The Shareholder Analysis team provides market intelligence and advice to listed companies subscribing to shareholder identification services. Be part of a dynamic entrepreneurial team with wide range of experiences. Build deep relationships with corporate issuers to understand their Investor Relations needs and to provide solutions using full range of Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services. You will ensure that the productions of various kind of events runs smoothly from a technical point of view.

What does that mean?

Productions

  • Controlling a wide range of technology during studio productions
  • Preparing and overviewing technical challenges, while keeping it cool
  • Installing and handling materials during on-premise productions
  • Providing technical support to the Project Managers during the run-up to the webcast
  • Doing location checks to see whether the available equipment and technical infrastructure are sufficient to provide a live broadcast

Studio management

What do you bring?

Knowledge and experience with technology and absolute passion for AV are the most important qualities we look for. If you'd rather have a specific list of “requirements”, check the list below:

Key Responsibilities

As a successful software (SaaS) company, iBabs has expanded significantly over the past few years in its domestic market (dominant player in the Netherlands) and internationally. It is now present with actives operations in the Netherlands, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Nordic countries.

The company is now looking to structurally upgrade all of its processes, smoothen relationships between Sales, Operations, Product and Technology, and is thus actively seeking for a Business Manager to complete this critical role.

The  Business Manager is a newly created role within the company, reporting into the Managing Director and be part of the Management Team of iBabs. The successful candidate will have the below key responsibilities:

  • The Business Manager will support the Managing Director of iBabs in all the business-related activities, with a scope spanning everything from Operations to Project Manager or Administration ;
  • In particular, the Business Manager will:
    • Review existing business processes, assess their maturity, and draw a roadmap to upgrade them when applicable ;
