Half-Year Statement of the Liquidity Contract between Euronext NV and Exane BNP Paribas

Regulatory News:

Transactions carried out under the liquidity contract granted by Euronext NV (Paris:ENX) (Amsterdam:ENX) (Brussels:ENX) to Exane BNP Paribas for the period ending 31 December 2014 based on settlement date resulted in the following assets appearing on the liquidity account:

• 27,135 EURONEXT NV shares

• €2,360,767

When the contract began on 1 December 2014, the following assets appeared on the liquidity account:

• €3,000,000
