Euronext: Liquidity Agreement with Exane BNP Paribas Goes into Effect

Effective 20 November 2014 through 31 December 2014, Exane BNP Paribas has executed an automatically renewable liquidity agreement with the purpose of maintaining an active market in Euronext N.V. (Paris:ENX) (Amsterdam:ENX) (Brussels:ENX) shares. The contract complies with the Code of Professional Ethics of AMAFI, the French association of securities industry and financial market professionals, which is recognised by the French market supervisor AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).

Resources have been assigned to this contract and credited to the corresponding liquidity account as follows:

  • 3,000,000 euros
  • 0 shares of Euronext N.V.
