Join Euronext as our Finance Data Governance lead in Porto.

Due to the rapid growth in data volumes and complexity, and Euronext’s strategic focus on digital and artificial intelligence capabilities, we are transitioning from a centralised to a federated data governance model. In this new approach, each business domain is responsible for implementing its own data governance programme, with direction and support from the Group Data Governance team. The Finance domain is now seeking a finance data governance lead to drive this initiative within its area.

Being part of Euronext Market Services (EMS), EMS Markets is at the heart of the Euronext organization. EMS is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with two operational centres in Amsterdam and Paris. Managing the safety net for trading and safe keeping of the Euronext financial markets within the legal framework to ensure fair and orderly markets for all Cash, Derivatives and Commodities products trading is part of the day to day work. Depending on the shift, the Market Surveillance Analyst has responsibility over a portfolio of international Equity, Index or Commodity Derivative products. One of the main tasks is to supervise the portfolio of Derivative products and trading behaviours to ensure fair and orderly trading is safeguarded. Within your responsibilities you will take necessary actions to prevent irregularities in the market and to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

The candidate will be primarily responsible for:

• Maintaining the derivative safety nets that are used for trading to avoid particular occurrences such as significant price deviations or flash crashes. This can be done by tuning settings and resolving derivative pricing alerts and adjusting pricing parameters.
• Based on rules and regulations, take decisions to halt and reopen the derivative contracts and decide if trades are aberrant or if orders need to be cancelled.
• Monitor the Derivative alerts, spot, report and escalate irregularities based on the Euronext trading procedures, rulebooks, MIFIDII regulation and Market Abuse framework.
• Maintain the test environment and perform sanity checks for on new trading platform releases to secure a safe production environment
• Provide expertise and write Requirements in the diverse projects EMS Markets is involved with.
• Calculation of high-quality daily settlement prices and expiry prices used as closing prices for the Exchange and used by the clearing house for settlements

Your profile

• Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Science
• At least three years of experience in the financial sector, including strong expertise in derivatives. Experience in market surveillance within a derivatives exchange environment is considered an advantage.

3. Understand the buy-side and sell-side business and assess their needs. Map their business requirements to the software product.

5. Perform demos and trainings to hand over the product instance to clients.

Over de rol

Als Head of Tenderdesk ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het professioneel en succesvol afhandelen van aanbestedingen. Je stuurt het tenderteam aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en timing van inschrijvingen en zorgt dat iBabs bij elke aanbesteding de grootste kans maakt om te winnen. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Presales, Legal en het managementteam.

Je vervult een spilfunctie: je bent strategisch genoeg om Go/No-Go-beslissingen te nemen, en operationeel sterk genoeg om zelf de pen op te pakken wanneer dat nodig is.

Werkzaamheden:

• Eindverantwoordelijk voor alle tender- en aanbestedingstrajecten binnen iBabs, van oriëntatie tot gunning.
• Aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van het tenderteam
• Bewaken van kwaliteit, consistentie en tijdigheid van alle inschrijvingen en offertes.
• Nemen van Go/No-Go-beslissingen op basis van strategische fit, haalbaarheid en resources.
• Opstellen en continu verbeteren van standaard proposities, antwoordbibliotheken en templates.
• Samenwerken met Presales voor het verwerken van technische inhoud en productdemonstraties in tenders.
• Onderhouden van contacten met inkopers, adviesbureaus en andere relevante stakeholders in het aanbestedingsproces.
• Rapporteren aan de directie over tender-KPI's: wintrate, doorlooptijd, omzetbijdrage en verbeterpunten.
• Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen op het gebied van aanbestedings- en inkoopbeleid
• Actief bijdragen aan de positionering en profilering van iBabs in de publieke sector.

Over jou

Vereist

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een tender- of bidmanagement-rol, bij voorkeur in de software- of IT-sector.
• Aantoonbare trackrecord in het succesvol binnenhalen van complexe Europese en nationale aanbestedingen.
• Sterke schrijf- en communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
• Kennis van het aanbestedingsrecht en relevante regelgeving
• Ervaring met het aansturen van een (kleine) afdeling of team.
• Proactieve, resultaatgerichte werkhouding met oog voor detail en deadlines.
• Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding

Pré

• Ervaring en affiniteit met de (semi-)publieke sector: gemeenten, provincies, zorg of onderwijs.
• Bekendheid met vergaderbeheer-, governance- of documentmanagementoplossingen.
• Ervaring met het samenwerken in een tenderteam of bid-omgeving.
• Ervaring met SaaS-proposities of software-aanbestedingen.
• Kennis van aanbestedingsplatforms zoals TenderNed, Negometrix of vergelijkbaar.
• Ervaring met de inzet van AI tooling voor de (gedeeltelijke) beoordeling, analyse en beantwoording van tenders
• Ervaring met BPKV (voorheen EMVI) methodiek en het schrijven van kwaliteitsplannen.

Join us as a Sales & Relationship Manager Europe!

Role Overview: The Sales & Relationship Manager will play a crucial role within the Sales & Relationship Manager division, focusing on ELITE business and commercial development across the different EU geographies where ELITE is developing its presence (ie CEE Region, Netherland, Spain, Greece).

The responsible person will report directly to the Head of Sales in driving the commercial expansion of standard offerings by enhancing and developing relationships with existing clients as well as acquiring new clients and partners.

Workplace: Italy (Milan)

Secondary possible workplace: Paris or Amsterdam

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic commercial development: develop and execute an effective commercial plan to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships within Euronext core geographies
• Revenue management: develop and maintain revenues with existing and new clients by leveraging on the value proposition of product /service
• Relationship management: make tactical and strategic contacts at the management level through client networks and other channels
• Client success: ensure that the service/product is successfully delivered to the client and communicate with the client to fix potential issues. Identify cross-selling possibilities
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with local industry partners, banks, advisors and investors to build a robust support network for ELITE International companies
• Product development support: support and coordinate with the Product team in development of new products and maintenance of existing products in line with client requirements
• Product & market development: build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various products. Identify market developments and translate them into sales activities (outbound)
• Partner with Euronext Business / support functions Partner to cultivate cross-functional relationships delivering high priority strategic initiatives

Candidate Profile/ Key Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finance  or other fields relevant to the position
• Experience: Proven experience (at least 4-5 years) in a business development or sales/relationship management roles. Corporate Finance or Financial Advisory or Capital Markets background are a plus
• Skills:
  • Excellent client facing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the client’s organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
  • Pan-European business experience developing relationships and products in multiple geographic locations
  • Available to work at Euronext Milan office and travel frequently in multiple geographic locations
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills (in English, other languages as a plus), an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
  • Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills for a timely update in the internal reporting systems – CRM, Business Reports, etc.
  • Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven approach to work.
  • Knowledge of Euronext’s market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape valued
  • Opportunity management and negotiation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
