Job Profile

As a member of the Licensing team, the Junior Market Data Licensing Operations Officer supports the Licensing Managers in actively managing the client contractual relationship by carrying out administrative processes for the department.  The Junior Market Data Licensing Operations Officer shares responsibility with the Licensing Managers for ensuring clients receive the highest levels of service and satisfaction, provision of information and support, which will enable customers to conduct and to develop their business with the Euronext. 

Key Accountabilities

Management of the Information Supplier pre-approval process, ensuring timely resolution.

Support clients in their use of MyMarketData by delivering training sessions and guided walkthroughs to assist with updates to the Market Data Licensing agreements.

Preparing and distributing meeting summaries, clearly highlighting key action items where applicable, and proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Work with Market Data clients and/or Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice-related queries, and to reduce the number of outstanding invoices.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Education & Knowledge

  • Degree level education preferably in  Economic, Finance or Business.
  • Market Data industry experience preferred but not essential.

Skills

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating flexibility to respond to urgent tasks while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
  • Confident and proactive individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability with a proven commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in multiple languages preferred to effectively support a global client base.
