21Shares Launches XDC Network ETP on Euronext

Alistair Byas-Perry, Head of EU Investments Capital Markets at 21Shares, opened the trading day with a gong ceremony at Euronext Amsterdam to mark the launch of the XDC Network ETP (ticker: XDCN).

The network offers investors a liquid way to add XDC exposure to their portfolios, allowing them to benefit from XDC's role in blockchain-powered global commerce.

Celebration of World Mental Health Day

This morning, Euronext employees opened the trading day with a special gong ceremony in honor of World Mental Health Day.

This day is dedicated worldwide to raising awareness around mental health and the importance of good mental care. Euronext wants to put the topic of mental health on the map internally and externally. For this reason, the trading day was festively opened in all locations today.

SBM Offshore celebrates 60-year listing anniversary

To celebrate the 60-year listing anniversary of SBM Offshore, Douglas Wood, CFO at SBM Offshore, opened the trading day this morning with the gong strike at Euronext Amsterdam.The anniversary marks a long history of listing since 1965 at Beursplein 5.

Investment Officer expands with new international editions

This morning, the trading day opened with a gong ceremony marking the pan-European expansion of Investment Officer. Andjenie Mohan, Projectmanager at FD Mediagroup sounded the gong.

The international launch includes new editions in Germany, France and an English-language platform.

The Investment Officer team was welcomed by Liz Wright, Head of Index Strategy and Distribution at Euronext.

Deloitte highlights its role in the capital markets with the ECM team

Today the gong was sounded by Dennis de Vries, Director Equity Capital Markets at Deloitte to emphasize their role in the capital markets and to celebrate the cooperation with Euronext.

Kick-off ABN AMRO Clearing Global Graduate Programme

This morning, the young talents of the ABN AMRO Clearing Global Graduate Programme were welcomed at Euronext Amsterdam to open a new trading day and get a glimpse of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. During the first month, industry experts, professional trainers and ABN AMRO Clearing managers facilitated sessions to provide them with a solid foundation.

They were welcomed by Han Zwakenberg, Post Trade Surveillance Officer at Euronext Amsterdam.

Euronext launches ETF Europe, a fully integrated European ETF marketplace

Today, Euronext sounded the gong alongside its valued clients across the ETF ecosystem to celebrate the launch of Euronext ETF Europe, the new market model unifying European ETFs. 

To mark this major milestone, Euronext simultaneously held celebrations across 4 of its venues: Amsterdam, London, Paris and Milan.

Holland America Line is going to expand

The Holland America Line team opened a new trading day this morning to celebrate the arrival of the Zuiderdam cruise ship, which will depart from Amsterdam starting in 2027.

With this, Holland America Line returns to the capital, expanding its fleet to three ships sailing from Dutch ports. With a total of 55 sailings in one season, Holland America Line underscores its historic connection with the Netherlands and highlights the growth of the cruise market.

The gong was struck by Captain Eric Barhorst, and the group was welcomed by Christine van den Bos, Listing Director at Euronext Amsterdam.

AEX® Index Family renewed

A milestone was met today for the AEX index family, with the addition CVC Capital Partners, InPost, JDE Peet’s, Just Eat Takeaway and WDP to the AEX index and the renaming of the AScX index to AMS Next 20, the relevance and invest ability of the indices was strengthened.

Today, Michiel Assink, COO of WDP, sounded the gong at Euronext to celebrate the renewal of the AEX Index Family. The ETF product issuers on the AEX were also invited to join this celebration.

This morning, the trading day opened marking the launch of a new ETF in Robeco’s offering: the Robeco Climate Euro Government Bond UCITS ETF.

This Active ETF brings together Robeco’s expertise in quantitative analysis, fixed income and sustainable investing, enabling investors in sovereign bonds to align their portfolios with climate objectives.

J.P. Morgan Asset Management and BUX launch Europe’s first self-directed active ETF portfolio

BUX has launched its Prime Investment Plans on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, becoming the first neobroker to offer actively managed multi-asset ETF portfolios directly to retail investors in Europe.

Developed in partnership with J.P. Morgan Asset Management, these plans use active exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in pre-constructed portfolios, making professional investment management more accessible. This listing highlights Euronext’s role in supporting innovative investment products and broadening investor choice.

The gong ceremony was hosted by Leon Mensink, Derivatives Sales Associate at Euronext Amsterdam, with Aditya Pasumarty, Chief Product Officer of BUX, sounding the gong.
