Information on the listing process for Structured Notes with Euronext.

Listing guidelines

Documentation requirements for new issuance are covered in the listing guidelines. Issuers are welcome to liaise with our Corporate Actions department for assistance.

Overview of the required documents:

  • Additional tranche of an existing and already admitted programme

A straightforward procedure

Issuers can manage their instruments overnight via fully-automated communication channels. New listings, delistings, characteristics update, and other actions can be carried out with ease.

Multi-listing

Multi-listing of Structured Notes is offered between any of the following listing venues:

  • Euronext Amsterdam
  • Euronext Brussels
  • Euronext Paris
  • Euronext Access Paris

Multi-listing is not available between the above four marketplaces and Euronext Lisbon.

Structured notes trading

Structured Notes can be traded on Euronext's unique Request For Execution market model if listed on Euronext Access Paris. Alternatively, the Order Driven market model is available for trading Structured Notes on all markets where available.
Structured Notes can be traded in continuous or in single or double daily auctions.
Structured Notes can be traded in units or in percentage of their face value.
