Vanguard celebrates launch of new ETF suite

Vanguard marked the launch of its new suite of global equity exchange-traded funds
(ETF's) on Euronext Amsterdam today with a Gong ceremony. The new ETF's provide
investors with broad access to international equity markets through diversified index
solutions at low cost. This expansion increases Vanguard’s range of investment
opportunities for investors and highlights the company’s commitment to supporting
investors in achieving their long-term goals with straightforward, transparent and
accessible investment products.
Floris van Iersel, Sales Executive at Vanguard, had the honour of sounding the Gong to
open the trading day. Guests were welcomed by Paul Noordam, Senior Sales Manager
at Euronext Amsterdam.

IMC sounds the Gong for Summer Internship Programme

IMC is excited to celebrate its Summer Internship Programme and the talented young professionals taking part. Adam Raja, Software Engineering Intern, had the honour of sounding the Gong. The interns will be with IMC from 22 June to 28 August. IMC finds it fantastic to see how they are currently developing by diving into real projects, building new skills and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry. Wereldhave celebrates 80-year listing anniversary

Wereldhave, the oldest listed real estate fund in the Netherlands, celebrates its 80-year listing anniversary. Since 23 August 1946, Wereldhave has been listed on Euronext Amsterdam. To mark this special milestone, CEO Matthijs Storm opened the Amsterdam exchange today during a festive Gong ceremony. The ceremony highlights eight decades of commitment to the Dutch real estate market and Wereldhave’s role as a leading fund. The group was welcomed by René van Vlerken, CEO of Euronext Amsterdam and by Christine van den Bos, Listing Director at Euronext Amsterdam.

Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam sounds the Gong

Nguyen Van Thang, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Vietnam, sounded the Gong at Euronext Amsterdam together with a high-level Vietnamese delegation. The delegation includes Vice Ministers from the Ministry of Finance, representatives from the Central Bank, the Government Office, the Ministry of Public Security and the Chairperson of the State Securities Commission. This ceremony highlights the importance of cooperation between Vietnam and the Netherlands in the field of financial markets. Ahold Delhaize celebrates ten-year listing anniversary

Almost exactly ten years ago, on 25 July 2016, a festive gong ceremony was held to mark the merger between Ahold N.V. and Delhaize Group, with the newly merged company Ahold Delhaize also being officially listed on the stock exchange. Today, this milestone is celebrated with a new gong ceremony, where Jolanda Poots-Bijl, CFO of Ahold Delhaize, will sound the Gong. The ceremony highlights a decade of successful collaboration, growth and stock exchange listing as a leading international food retailer. Stichting Pride Amsterdam sounds the Gong to kick off World Pride 2026

Proud partners of Stichting Pride Amsterdam were welcomed today by Euronext Amsterdam to sound the Gong at Beursplein 5 to mark World Pride, which is taking place in Amsterdam for the first time in history this year, from 25 July to 8 August. This event focuses on global visibility, acceptance and legislation for LGBTIQA+ individuals, with hundreds of events taking place across the city. Kristofer Barber, Director of Global Communications at Booking.com and a member of the Corporate Pride Committee, had the honour of sounding the Gong. The group was welcomed by Marianne Aalders, Communications Manager at Euronext Amsterdam.

Velian and AFS Energy celebrate ten years of partnership

This morning, Velian and AFS Energy jointly sounded the Gong at Beursplein 5 to mark their ten-year partnership. Both organisations are contributing to making mobility more sustainable, combining their expertise in renewable fuels and electric driving to add value across the entire energy chain. The sounding of the Gong underscores a decade of close collaboration, focused on accelerating the energy transition and sustainable mobility in The Netherlands. Eurowijs Foundation as new charity for Finance Run

The Eurowijs Foundation was welcomed today by Euronext Amsterdam to sound the Gong to mark the new partnership between Finance Run and the Eurowijs Foundation as its new charity. Through this partnership, the organisation is committed to promoting financial education amongst kids. The children had the honour of sounding the Gong. Representatives of the foundation and children invited especially for the occasion were welcomed by Vince Deosarran, Project Lead for the Derivatives Market at Euronext Amsterdam.

ScholenStrijd winner sounds the Gong

The Oranje Nassau College, Parkdeef located in Zoetermeer, was welcomed this morning by Euronext Amsterdam to sound the Gong as the winner of the 2026 ScholenStrijd spring competition. The ONC 4H Investors group achieved a return of 8.15 per cent, finishing top of the competition. Rens de Zwart had the honour of sounding the Gong on behalf of the winning group. The class and their teachers were welcomed by Yasir El Ouarrat, HR Officer at Euronext Amsterdam, and Henk Mulder from BeleggerUitlegger. ScholenStrijd is a digital investment competition in which thousands of students from across The Netherlands put their knowledge of investing and financial markets into practice. The initiative is part of BeleggerUitlegger, the educational platform of the Capital Amsterdam Foundation.

NX Filtration celebrates five years listed

NX Filtration celebrated its fifth listing anniversary at Euronext Amsterdam by sounding the Gong today. Over the past five years, the company has further strengthened its international position in the field of innovative membrane technology for water purification. Recently, NX Filtration secured the largest contract in its history for a new drinking water treatment plant in Östersund, Sweden, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued international growth.

NEVIR celebrates the 19th edition of the Dutch IR Awards

For the 19th consecutive year, the Dutch IR Awards, organised by the Dutch Association for Investor Relations (NEVIR), were presented to Dutch listed companies and Investor Relations professionals for excellence in investor relations and financial communication in the Netherlands.

As part of the ICGN Summer Conference 2026 in Amsterdam, the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) sounded the Gong at Euronext Amsterdam. The ceremony recognised ICGN’s leadership in advancing global dialogue on corporate governance and investor stewardship.

ICGN’s annual conference convenes investors, policymakers and issuers at a time of significant market and regulatory change. FiscAlert celebrates 30th anniversary

This month, FiscAlert celebrates its 30th anniversary, a milestone that was marked with the ringing of the gong this morning. Since its inception in 1995, FiscAlert has grown to become the platform for financial do-it-yourselfers who want to organise their money and taxes. 

The gong was struck by Marcel Piket, co-owner and editor-in-chief at FiscAlert. The company was welcomed by Annette Kiese, Head of Group Tax at Euronext.

Euronext congratulates Nearfield on its new unicorn status
