Violas-SGPS toca o sino para comemorar emissão de Obrigações
O Presidente da Violas-SGPS, Manuel Violas, juntamente com outros responsáveis da empresa, tocaram o sino que assinalou o fecho do mercado na Bolsa Portuguesa para comemorar a emissão de €100 milhões em obrigações “Violas 2023”. A Violas SGPS é detentora de participações directas ou indirectas na Cotesi (têxteis), Solverde (lazer) e Unicer (bebidas). Para o grupo, o levantamento de €100 milhões em obrigações constituiu uma alternativa aos meios de financiamento que utilizava, e considerando as taxas de juro atuais, uma oportunidade para refazer parte da dívida de longo prazo.
