Violas-SGPS rings the closing bell to celebrate the listing of €100 million in Bonds
To celebrate the raising of €100 million in bonds, Violas-SGPS rang the Closing Bell. The chairman, Manuel Violas, was accompanied by management team, along with the Euronext team.
Violas SGPS owns participations in Cotesi (textiles), Solverde (leisure) and Unicer (drinks). For the group, raising € 100 million in bonds was a financing alternative different of the ones used before, and considering current interest rates, an opportunity to review part of long-term debt.
