Unibail-Rodamco sounds gong for acquisition Westfield
Today Unibal-Rodamco Group CFO Jaap Tonckens sounds the gong to celebrate the acquisition of Westfield. Together the organisations will form a new group, of which the name and logo will be announced on June 7th.
The new group will bring together two leaders in the retail property industry, Unibail-Rodamco and Westfield. The group will build on Unibail-Rodamco’s established leadership in Europe and operational excellence and on Westfield’s development and investment expertise and its famous brand. As one Group, the ambition is to create better places together and deliver superior performance.
