Aumento de capital do banco totalmente subscrito.
A Euronext anunciou hoje queadmite no dia 6 de Junho, no seu mercado regulamentado, 13.850.477.957 novas acções do Banif resultantes do aumento de capital que esteve em oferta de 19 a 30 de Maio.
Este aumento de capital enquadra-se no Plano de Capitalização do Banif, que inclui também uma componente de Investimento Público realizada no dia 25 de Janeiro de 2013, através de um Aumento de Capital, reservado ao Estado, no montante de 700 milhões de euros e emissão de Instrumentos de Capital Core Tier 1, condicionalmente convertíveis em acções, no montante de 400 milhões de euros.
