Join Euronext as a SNOC Engineer Support

To deliver level 1/2 technical support for the infrastructures of multiple entities, ensuring the continuity and reliability of Euronext’s business operations. The disciplines include Network and Security. The selected candidate will be part of a team based in Porto covering all market operational hours (shift system in a 24/7 operation) and will work in a high-tech learning environment with colleagues across all Euronext locations. The disciplines include primary focus on IT security with the main goal of monitoring, analyzing and protecting the company and its assets from any kind of security threats such as cyber-attacks, data threats, viruses, malware, etc. The selected candidate will be part of a team based in Porto covering all market operational hours (shift system in a 24/7 operation) and will work in a high-tech learning environment with colleagues across all Euronext locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly following processes to alerts on the monitoring tools

• Troubleshooting security alerts, researching specific solutions and delivering solutions

• Managing security changes in accordance with any required change management process

• The ability to handle, track, review, and orchestrate the tickets received

• Be able to prioritize tasks in accordance with SLAs

• Work with team to identify service improvements to process and procedure

• Proactively identify, own, and escalate any issue or problem that could impact the services • The ability to quickly engage InfoSec challenges

Profile and skills:

Technical Expertise

• Experience working on Security Operations Center or equivalent technical training in the area

• Practical knowledge of security monitoring tools DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, etc

• Solid understanding of fundamental networking protocols and technologies TCP/IP, DNS, PTP/NTP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS,…

• Troubleshooting experience with multi-vendor environments, including Juniper: Cisco, Arista, Check Point, Fortinet Learning & Communication

• Ability and willingness to rapidly learn new technologies, platforms, and products, often with minimal formal training

• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly and accurately to both internal teams and external stakeholders

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of the ITIL framework and related operational processes

• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, PHP, or Python for automation or tool integration
