Join us as a Junior Project Manager & PMO Analyst in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)!

Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading European market infrastructure? Euronext Clearing is seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join its Project Management team as an International Graduate (V.I.E). The position is based in Milan, starting in January 2027 for an initial duration of 12 months, which can be extended.

You will be primarily responsible for:

1) Project Delivery

  • Support the delivery of strategic, business and change initiatives across Euronext Clearing.
  • Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from business analysis and requirements gathering to implementation and handover.
  • Coordinate project activities and collaborate with stakeholders across Trading, Clearing, Settlement and other Euronext functions.
  • Monitor project progress, risks and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives.

2) PMO & Governance

  • Produce project reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
  • Support project planning, budget monitoring and resource tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions and project communications.

Your profile:

  • Eligible for the V.I.E programme according to Business France criteria.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Up to three years of professional experience in project management, consulting, financial services, business analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), as English is our working language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards or data analysis tools is a strong plus.
