Support of transformation intern

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Support of Transformation Intern to join the Technology & Operations team. The position will be based in Paris.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Assisting in the collection and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) from various IT teams

• Helping maintain the KPI framework, ensuring its accuracy and relevancy

• Supporting the analysis of KPIs to identify areas of focus and improvement

• Contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations based on KPI findings for IT management and group stakeholders

• Aiding in the development and dissemination of communications within IT teams, ensuring quality and consistency of external communications

• Helping organise and coordinate weekly workshops with IT management, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions

• Providing administrative and project support to the PMO Lead

• Assisting in various transformation initiatives as directed by the PMO Lead

Your profile:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field

• Strong interest in project management and IT within the financial sector

• Basic understanding of data analysis and KPIs

• Good organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is advantageous

• Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in Italian or Portuguese is a plus
