Join us as a End User Services - Workstations & Automation Trainee!
 
We're hiring for End User Services - Workstations & Automation Trainee to implement, monitor and operate Microsoft Windows 10/11 endpoints using Intune and other tools from Microsoft stack, and provide support to 1st and 2nd line teams and the end user if required.

This internship offers you the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to automation initiatives and develop your technical expertise while supporting our internal users.
 

Key Accountabilities

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Identifying, analyzing and resolving system problems, providing both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
• Writing scripts to automate systems administration tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Installing patches, fixing vulnerabilities and implementing upgrade rollouts.
• Responding to escalated service desk and team requests.
• Providing 3rd line application support to ensure a seamless user experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in IT related fields.
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office productivity applications.
• Familiarity with ticket management tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, with a collaborative approach to work.
• Fluency in English.
• Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
