Company Webcast is opzoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde student die ons team (tijdelijk) wil komen versterken.

Company Webcast, gevestigd in Capelle aan den IJssel, biedt hoogwaardige webcast- en webinar oplossingen aan meer dan 500 bedrijven en lokale overheden via een geavanceerd eigen platform. Wij bieden flexibele en op maat gemaakte formats aan, afhankelijk van de behoeften van de klant, d.m.v. video- audiowebcasts op locatie, conference call webcasts, studio webcasts en self-service webinar licenties. Sinds februari 2017 maakt Company Webcast deel uit van de Euronext-groep en hebben we studio’s in Capelle aan den IJssel, Amsterdam, Brussel, Parijs, Londen, Milaan en Frankfurt.

Als stagiaire Event Management speel je een essentiële rol in het bedrijf, aangezien je een directe impact hebt op het succes van de webinars en webcasts van onze klanten. Voor veel van onze klanten is de wereld van webinars nieuw en ben jij (samen met een Event Manager) degene die hen door alle processen heen helpt en op hun gemak stelt.

Werkzaamheden

  • Samen met een Event Manager doe je intakes met nieuwe klanten.
  • Je helpt met het begeleiden van de klant door het gehele operationele en logistieke proces.
  • Je ondersteunt de Event Manager tijdens events in de studio of op locatie.
  • Je ontwikkelt specifieke, branchegerichte kennis om klanten te inspireren.
  • Je helpt mee aan het verbeteren van onze processen.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Product & Innovation team reporting directly to the Head of Product & Innovation and working closely with other Product Managers and Product Designers. The Product & Innovation team is a transversal team and the successful candidate will contribute to the success of all digital solution part of the Corporate Services portfolio.

The focus of the role will be to raise the value delivered to all the customers who are using our product on a daily basis. This contribution can take the form of improving existing features, creating new features or modules.

He/she will get involved with clients/partners and our own internal technology, sales and support teams, also acting as an enabler of product management best practices.

As a Senior Product Manager, the candidate will participate in the discovery phase for our products. He/she will be in charge of facilitating the whole product development process and to ensure a shared understanding across all stakeholders.

Role summary

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our team. The Project Manager will be involved in a large variety of Company Webcast projects.


Key accountabilities


• Responsible for carrying out the webinars/webcasts for international clients
• Guide clients through the entire operational (production) and logistics process in relation to a webinar/broadcast
• Advise clients on the organisation and set-up of the webinars/webcasts and aim for a high standard of quality
• On the day of event, perform the webcast on-site and coordinate with AV suppliers
• Coordinate local (for example audio-visual) suppliers and technical teams involved in the event (1-6 people)
• Develop specific, sector-oriented knowledge
• Identify needs and market developments and analyse the webinars
• Responsible for good internal and external communication
• Responsible for meticulous record-keeping and reporting
• Responsible for a successful event on-site or in the studio


Your profile


• Experienced in project management in a corporate environment
• Adaptable and able to maintain a good project overview
