Settlement Discipline: Assessing readiness for forthcoming regulation

Il Settlement Discipline Regime (SDR) del CSDR, in vigore dal 1° febbraio 2022, interesserà tutti i partecipanti del mercato che sono attivi nel regolamento di titoli tramite CSD europei. 

Il SDR armonizza gli aspetti del ciclo di regolamento e introduce nuove regole per le penali pecuniarie e i riscatti. 

L'efficienza della liquidazione sarà fondamentale per soddisfare i requisiti dell'SDR.



A poco più di 6 mesi dalla fine, tutti i membri del mercato stanno entrando nella fase finale dei propri preparativi e test.
