Introduction
Euronext Market Services (EMS) is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with five main operational centers in Amsterdam, Dublin, Oslo, Milan and Paris to ensure fair and orderly markets for all Cash, Derivatives and Commodities products, including Listing Operations, Corporate Actions, Euronext Indices, Euronext Market Data, Member on boarding and Hosted Commercial Markets. The teams operate all Euronext cash and derivatives markets and own the service delivery to clients. This department is organized around 4 main functional departments (Member Access & Clients Services, Markets Operations and surveillance, Issuers Services Operations and Regulatory Reporting) and two transversal teams (Quality & Performance Management and Transformation & Projects).
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Fluency in French, English and Dutch is required.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Acting as the main point of contact for issuers and their representatives, including agents and legal advisors
Analysing and structuring Corporate Actions, ensuring regulatory and operational feasibility
Advising issuers on optimal execution frameworks

Member of the CACL team and reporting to the Cash Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Manager based in Paris, the Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Apprentice is responsible for the management of corporate actions and listing operations working with the entire Issuer’s ecosystem (Issuers, Advisors, CSDs, CCPs, Regulators, etc…) while also participating in the elaboration, specification and rollout of key internal initiatives launched by the CACL team.
The Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Apprentice is responsible for the below activities:
Managing and addressing incoming corporate actions and listing queries, enforcing best practices and procedures

Euronext’s Technology & Operations teams cover a wide range of activities, including the operation of trading platforms and post-trade platforms, one Clearing House and four CSDs (prior to the integration of ATHEX). The IT function is responsible for designing, developing and testing new features and solutions to respond to the business and clients’ needs. IT also designs and builds the infrastructure that the company runs on and ensures that systems, infrastructure and market platforms are up and running.
IT teams provide end-to-end technology support across the Group, comprising approximately 800 staff primarily located in Milan, Porto, Paris, and the Nordics. They are organized into two main groups: IT Business Lines, which provide dedicated support to each core business, and IT Transversal Teams, including Infrastructure and Information Security.
The Euronext Technology & Support Centre
The ambition of the new Euronext Technology & Support Centre is to build a strong team in Greece that will support the Business Lines, IT, and Operations functions across the Group.
In its initial phase, the Centre will focus on two key initiatives:

Role and key responsibilities:
Join Euronext Clearing’s QA team in Athens, part of our new Technology and Support Centre, and contribute to the quality and reliability of enterprise-grade clearing systems. You will work in a large-scale environment supporting critical clearing business processes, with more than 60,000 automated tests and growing technical complexity. As a QA automation engineer, you will design, develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests integrated with UI layers, APIs and backend databases, collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Analysing functional requirements and understanding the business logic of the clearing platform
Executing manual smoke tests to validate critical user journeys prior to automation
Designing, developing and maintaining end-to-end automated tests
Implementing UI browser tests and API tests (REST and GraphQL)
Validating test execution results through direct interaction with backend databases
Working on large Git repositories, including branch management, creation and review of merge/pull requests and structured peer code reviews
Studying, understanding and extending existing test codebases
Using AI-based tools to support manual smoke testing, improve and accelerate automated test development and extend internal AI agents developed within the QA team
Performing troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis in collaboration with development and operations teams

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required:
University degree in computer science, software engineering or a related technical field (mandatory)
Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory), Greek preferred
Experience with Playwright is preferred, but equivalent experience with modern automated testing frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium is fully acceptable
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
Daily use of Visual Studio Code or comparable IDEs
Experience working on large-scale automated testing projects
Ability to quickly read, understand and extend complex existing test codebases
Experience testing REST and GraphQL APIs
Good understanding of service-oriented and distributed architectures
Strong SQL skills, including writing and understanding complex queries, joins, subqueries and data validations

Join our new Tech & Support centre in Athens as a Quality Assurance Specialist in the MTS GUI Development team. You will ensure the quality, reliability and performance of the new web-based graphical user interface (GUI) for our fixed income electronic trading platforms. You will report to the Team Lead, and work closely with developers, business analysts, and technical product owners in the MTS IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a comprehensive QA practice from the ground up for a critical trading application and contribute to the modernisation of one of Europe's leading electronic fixed income marketplaces.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Designing, developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and test plans for the new web-based trading GUI, covering functional, regression, integration, performance and end-to-end testing.
Building and maintaining automated test suites using tools such as Playwright or similar frameworks, ensuring broad coverage of critical trading workflows.
Defining and executing test scenarios for complex real-time trading interfaces.
Collaborating with business analysts to translate acceptance criteria and user stories into detailed test cases, ensuring complete coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
Performing API testing (REST, WebSocket) to validate backend integration points, data integrity, error handling and real-time data streaming behaviour.
Conducting performance and load testing to verify that the GUI meets latency, throughput and responsiveness requirements under realistic trading conditions.
Identifying, documenting and tracking defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g. Jira), providing clear reproduction steps, impact assessments and coordination with developers for resolution.
Contributing to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automated tests into build and deployment processes, ensuring quality gates are maintained across environments.
Participating in sprint ceremonies, providing QA input during planning, estimation and retrospectives, and ensuring testing activities are aligned with the agile development cadence.
Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with business stakeholders and end users, preparing test environments and documenting test results.
Analysing the existing legacy GUI to understand current functionality and define test baselines for migration validation and feature-parity checks.
Contributing to QA documentation, including test strategies, test case repositories, defect reports and quality metrics dashboards.

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required:
Several years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering, ideally in financial markets, trading platforms, capital markets technology or other real-time, data-intensive domains.
Strong expertise in test automation for web applications, with hands-on experience in at least one modern testing framework (e.g. Playwright, or similar).
Experience testing real-time, event-driven applications involving WebSockets, streaming data or low-latency requirements.
Solid understanding of web application architecture, including client-server models, REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication and authorisation flows.
Experience with API testing tools and techniques (e.g. Postman, REST Assured, custom scripts, or similar) for validating backend services and integration points.
Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, or similar).
Experience working in agile environments (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) alongside developers, business analysts and product owners, with a clear understanding of defining and verifying acceptance criteria.

In 2013, Euronext Amsterdam, in collaboration with Stichting Capital Amsterdam, launched the AEX Experience - an educational initiative aimed at enhancing the financial literacy of students.

About the Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic trainee to support the day-to-day operation of the AEX Experience. This role involves executing the tours, coordinating the visits of groups, and providing practical support for the educational tours at Beursplein 5. The intern will work independently under the supervision of the Communications department and will work in close collaboration with the Events, Communications and Facilities department of Euronext Amsterdam.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the AEX Experience.

Werkzaamheden
1. Opbouwen en testen
- Het opbouwen van AV apparatuur op diverse locaties in heel Nederland en incidenteel in het buitenland zodat we van een evenement live beeld en audio kunnen opnemen en uitzenden.
- De locatie testen om te zien of aanwezige apparatuur en technische infrastructuur (b.v. Internet) voldoen om een live uitzending te verzorgen.
2. Hardware installatie en onderhoud
- Je helpt bij het opbouwen van ons webcast systeem bestaande uit verschillende onderdelen, b.v. fysieke encoders, audiovisuele randapparatuur, capture cards, etc.
- Hardware configureren en aansluiten op lokale netwerk
- Adequaat onderhouden van apparatuur van Company Webcast op locatie en tijdens transport.
- Onderhoud van AV en ICT in onze eigen studio's in Rotterdam, Amsterdam en Brussel.
3. Software installatie en configuratie
- Het lokaal installeren en configureren van Encoders, gebaseerd op Microsoft werkomgeving

About Primary Markets team
The Primary Markets team operates across Equity, Debt and Funds, supporting companies throughout their lifecycle in public markets—from pre-IPO preparation through to post-listing activity.
The team manages relationships with a broad base of issuers across Euronext markets, spanning both Equity and Debt listings, and works closely with intermediaries, investors and the wider financial ecosystem. In addition, we support the development of complementary offerings including Euronext Corporate Services (ECS) and ELITE.
Primary Markets combines business development, market structuring and operational delivery. We support a large and diverse issuer base, contribute to key revenue streams and deliver strategic initiatives to enhance how markets operate. Currently, we support approximately 1,900 Equity issuers and in excess of 56,000 listed bonds across Euronext markets.
Overview of the role:
This role will lead and coordinate projects supporting listing activities across Euronext markets, with a strong focus on Equity while remaining adaptable to broader Primary Markets initiatives (including Debt and cross-asset projects).
It sits at the intersection of Primary Markets, Secondary Markets and market infrastructure, requiring a strong understanding of how markets operate in practice—from listing through to trading and post-trade.
The position is first and foremost a project management role, with responsibility for ensuring delivery of complex initiatives. Depending on the project, the role may also involve acting as a Product Owner, helping ensure that initiatives are aligned with business needs and deliver practical outcomes. In this department, Group Resilience, Operational and Technology Risk Team is covering the second line of defense function on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Risk, including Data, IT, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity and Third‑Party risk for the Group. The team also ensures the continuous strengthening of ICT Risk Management and Digital Operational Resilience maturity across the Group. We are seeking a proactive and structured IT and Cybersecurity Risk Manager to enhance our capacity to identify, assess and monitor the main ICT and operational risk drivers arising from both internal and external environments, including geopolitical tensions, market dependencies, technological disruption, AI evolution and emerging cyber threats. An important focus will be on forward‑looking risk assessments and the integration of emerging threats into the ICT risk framework.
You will play a key role in developing, coordinating and overseeing ICT Risk across the Group, working closely with a broad community of key experts, including Risk Managers, Business Continuity Managers, IT and Cybersecurity specialists, and Data and Innovation teams.

Euronext Market Services (EMS) Euronext Market Services (EMS) is the front line for Euronext’s cash, derivatives and commodities business, with main operational centres in Amsterdam, Dublin, Oslo, Milan and Paris. Role summary
We are seeking motivated professionals to join our surveillance team. The team is responsible for identifying potential market abuse patterns, market manipulation or breaches of trading rules, as well as designing, implementing and operating anomaly detection algorithms.
