Benchmark and Licensing Operator

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Benchmark Operator to join the CFBF team. The position will be based in Prague, and start 1 November 2026. You will report to the CFBF Managing Director.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining various financial benchmarks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitoring benchmark data, performing quality checks and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting the calculation and publication of benchmark values in a timely manner
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide information
• Contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives within benchmark operations
• Assisting in the implementation of new benchmarks and updates to existing methodologies
• Preparing reports and documentation for regulatory and internal purposes

Your profile:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools; familiarity with SQL or VBA is a plus
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field
• One to three years of experience in financial operations, data analysis or benchmark administration is a plus
• Fluent in English; Czech language skills are an advantage
