Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a HR Officer - Trainee to join the Human Resources team. The position will be based in Porto, and start in September. You will report to the Human Resources team.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Supporting the HR team with administrative processes
  • Assisting with general employee issues and concerns about HR policies and procedures
  • Providing regular and ad hoc HR reporting and data analysis to HR and/or management
  • Supporting the recruitment process, from planning interviews to onboarding new employees
  • Helping to organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
  • Contributing to HR projects and process improvements

Your profile:

  • Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good command of English; Portuguese is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • No prior experience required, but any internship or project experience in HR is an advantage
