Transformation & Business Analyst

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Transformation & Business Analyst to join the GRSS team.

Reporting to the GRSS CEO, the Transformation & Business Analyst will support key strategic and operational initiatives across GRSS. The role offers broad exposure to senior management, business transformation, benchmark administration and commercial activities, while contributing to the company's growth and integration within Euronext.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting strategic and transformation projects across GRSS, including integration initiatives and process optimisation, while ensuring alignment with Euronext’s standards and objectives.

• Contributing to the design and implementation of future operating models, systems and tools, with a focus on process automation and the adoption of new technologies such as artificial intelligence.

• Preparing analyses, business cases, presentations and management materials to support decision-making and project delivery.

• Coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring effective follow-up of actions across business, operational and technology teams.

• Supporting commercial activities through market research, client presentations, business development initiatives and other growth projects.

• Providing day-to-day support to the CEO on strategic and operational matters, excluding HR policy definition, people management or employee relations topics.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree from a leading business school, engineering school or university.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and an interest in AI tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work across multiple topics and manage competing priorities.

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-changing environment.

• Strong interest in financial markets, technology, business transformation and innovation.

• At least two years’ experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or a related field.
