ETF Product Manager – Clearing and Settlement

As ETF Product Manager in Paris, you will help shape Euronext's post-trade offering and deliver solutions that reinforce our position as Europe's leading market infrastructure. You will lead a portfolio of products end to end, combining market insight, commercial focus, and strong execution to improve existing services and bring new ideas to life.

You will act as the key link between ETF market participants, Euronext's ETF teams, and Euronext Securities — our pan-European CSD network. You will build business cases, define go-to-market plans, and coordinate across Business Development, Sales, Technology, Operations, Regulation and Legal to deliver efficient, compliant, and client-centric solutions.

Your focus will be post-trade: the full journey of a transaction after execution, from clearing and settlement to custody and asset servicing. You do not need to be an expert across all of these areas — curiosity, the ability to learn quickly, and the drive to connect the dots matter most.

About Euronext's ETF & Post-Trade Business

Join a multicultural team across Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, and Copenhagen at the heart of two major Euronext programmes: Euronext ETF Europe — unifying all Euronext ETF markets into a single pan-European framework — and the Euronext Securities European Offering — consolidating settlement and custody across Amsterdam, Brussels, Milan, and Paris into one integrated infrastructure, with a first go-live in September 2026.

Together, these create a rare opportunity to reshape the full ETF experience — from trade execution to final settlement — at European scale. You will be primarily responsible for: 

1. Product Strategy & Commercial Ownership

• Lead a post-trade product portfolio aligned with strategic priorities and business goals.

• Build business cases articulating opportunity, client benefit, and financial rationale.

• Shape go-to-market plans based on client feedback, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

2. Market & Client Insight

• Build a deep understanding of client needs in partnership with Business Development and Client Services.

• Monitor market and regulatory trends to sharpen Euronext's positioning.

• Be a trusted internal advocate for clients in product and technology decisions.

3. Product Development & Delivery

• Coordinate product development across Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Regulation.

• Drive initiatives from concept to launch with structure, pragmatism, and collaboration.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with solid foundations in at least one area of financial markets or market infrastructure — and the intellectual curiosity to grow across others. You may come from a post-trade role (clearing, settlement, custody, asset servicing), an ETF or equity product or business development position, or a trading venue or infrastructure group.

Across all backgrounds, we value:
