Lancering van educatieplatform ‘Euronext Knowledge Centre’

Merel Koeleman luidde vandaag de gong voor de lancering van het Euronext Knowledge Centre.

Het Euronext Knowledge Centre is een online educatieplatform dat speciaal is ontwikkeld voor particuliere beleggers. Euronext wil met het Knowledge Centre bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de financiële kennis en vaardigheden voor iedereen die belegt of wil gaan beleggen.

Merel heeft onlangs eindexamen gedaan en is een beginnende belegger, sinds ze een profielwerkstuk maakte over de aandelenbeurs. Het Europese projectteam van Euronext onder leiding van Dirk Donker (Hoofd Financiële Derivaten van Euronext Amsterdam) verwelkomden haar vanochtend op Beursplein 5 voor de traditionele Gongceremonie.

Blue Finance Challenge – Winnaars Nederlandse finale

Trashlights heeft de Nederlandse finale van de Blue Finance Challenge gewonnen. Jamiyah van Guilik, Co-founder Trashlights, luidde om deze reden de gong. Hij deed dit samen met studiegenoten van Rijn IJssel Arnhem en tevens Co-founders van Trashlights, Niels de Boer en Tycho Berkhof. Trashlights wil het straatafval probleem aanpakken door een verlichte boodschap op openbare prullenbakken te plaatsen en gebruikt hiervoor de slogan ‘we fight pollution with a light solution’. Zij werden verwelkomd door Simone Huis in ’t Veld, CEO van Euronext Amsterdam en Francesco Valdini, Corporate Actions Analyst bij Euronext Amsterdam. De Blue Challenge is een internationale samenwerking tussen JA Europe en Euronext N.V voor jonge Blue Economy (‘Blauwe Economie’) ondernemers.

Het Daniel den Hoed Fonds haalt geld op voor kankeronderzoek in het Erasmus MC Kanker Instituut. Zo organiseren ze onder meer de Tocht tegen Kanker. Ter gelegenheid hiervan luidde Bart Gerretsen, Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht Erasmus MC Foundation en Partner Corporate Litigation bij Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh, vandaag virtueel de gong. Hij werd verwelkomd door Marianne Aalders, Communicatie Manager bij Euronext Amsterdam, die de gong namens hem luidde op Beursplein 5.
