50 jaar beursnotering Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V.

Vanochtend luidden Carlo van Noort (CFO) en Martijn Schuttevaer (Director IR & Communications) van Koninklijke Boskalis Westminster N.V. de gong om hun 50-jarige notering aan Euronext Amsterdam te vieren. Ze werden verwelkomd op het Beursplein door de CEO van Euronext Amsterdam, Simone Huis in ’t Veld en Head of Listing René van Vlerken.

Koninklijke Boskalis Westminster N.V. is een toonaangevende wereldwijde bagger- en offshore-aannemer en maritieme dienstverlener. Het bedrijf bestaat al meer dan 100 jaar en heeft zijn oorsprong in Nederland. Het is tevens een van de oudste fondsen op de Amsterdamse beurs die nog onder de oorspronkelijke naam opereert.

De SPDR Dividend Aristocrats behoren tot de grootste Dividend ETF’s in Europa en bieden beleggers een combinatie van stabiele dividenden uit duurzame beleggingen. Om de nieuwe aandelenklasse op Euronext Amsterdam te vieren, luidde Natalie Compagne, Marketing Manager van SPDR ETF’s samen met Marianne Aalders, Communicatie Manager van Euronext Amsterdam, de gong.

NX Filtration – Beursnotering en eerste handelsdag

Prof.Dr. Erik Roesink, oprichter en CTO van NX Filtration, luidde vandaag de gong om de Initial Public Offering van NX Filtration te vieren. Hij werd op het podium vergezeld door NX Filtration's CEO Michiel Staatsen en de Financieel Manager Joris Kooiker. Zij werden bij Euronext Amsterdam ontvangen voor de traditionele Gongceremonie door Simone Huis in ’t Veld (CEO) en René van Vlerken (Head of Listings). NX Filtration biedt baanbrekende oplossingen voor het filteren van water en dranken, gebaseerd innovatieve (nano)membraantechnologie en duurzame productiemethoden. Het bedrijf werd in 2016 opgericht.
