Podcast Jong Beleggen – Product lancering: PortfolioDividendTracker.com

Pim Verlaan, oprichter van de populaire podcast Jong Beleggen, luidde vanochtend de gong op Beursplein 5. Aanleiding was de lancering van hun eigen PortfolioDividendTracker.com. Vanaf 16 september is deze nieuwe tracker voor iedereen toegankelijk. Hij werd verwelkomd door Rauke Wouda, Senior Product Developer Derivatives Nederland van Euronext Amsterdam.

Prins Claus Fonds – 25-jarig bestaan

Het Prins Claus fonds viert dit jaar het 25-jarig jubileum. Naar aanleiding van dit heugelijke feit luidde Ila Kasem, Bestuursvoorzitter van het fonds, deze ochtend de gong op Beursplein 5. Hij werd verwelkomd door Cees Colijn, HR Director van Euronext Amsterdam. Het Prins Claus Fonds is 25 jaar geleden opgericht ter gelegenheid van de 70^ste verjaardag van prins Claus en ondersteunt, eert en verbindt internationaal artiesten en cultuurbeoefenaars.

Finance Run 2021

Vandaag vindt de 8^ste editie van de Finance Run plaats. De Finance Run is een jaarlijks sportevenement binnen de financiële dienstverlening waarvan de opbrengsten dit jaar ten goede komen aan Kikid en Emma at Work. Als startschot van dit sportieve evenement luidde Marlies van Hilten, Directeur van Emma at Work, vanochtend de gong op Beursplein 5. Zij werd verwelkomd door Anastasia Kremleva, Head of Operational Client Services bij Euronext Amsterdam en één van de deelnemers van de Finance Run 2021.

Wereldhave N.V. – 75-jaar beursgenoteerd

Wereldhave N.V. is een Nederlands bedrijf dat investeert in vastgoed. Sinds 23 augustus 1946 is de onderneming genoteerd op Euronext Amsterdam. Naar aanleiding van dit 75-jarig jubileum luidde Matthijs Storm, CEO van Wereldhave N.V., deze ochtend de gong. Hij werd verwelkomd door Alexander Voorham, Accountmanager Listing van Euronext Amsterdam.

Draper Esprit lists on Euronext Dublin

Nicola McClafferty, Partner,  Edel Coen, Head of Dealflow and Philip O'Reilly, Head of Deal Execution, at Draper Esprit  closes the trading day in Dublin.

Draper Esprit plc is a venture capital investment company specializing in acquiring stakes in companies in recovery phase. At the end of March 2020, the portfolio amounted, in market value, to GBP 657.3 million.

 

I2PO lists on Euronext Paris

Iris Knobloch, Founder, Chairwoman and CEO of I2PO opens the trading day in Paris.

Euronext congratulates I2PO, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) dedicated to the entertainment and leisure sector, on its listing on the professional compartment of Euronext’s regulated market in Paris (ticker code: I2PO).

I2PO, the first European SPAC dedicated to the entertainment and leisure sector was launched by entrepreneurs Iris Knobloch, along with Artemis, a patrimonial holding from the Pinault family represented by François-Henri Pinault and Alban Gréget, and Combat Holding, chaired by Matthieu Pigasse, the entity co-founded the 2MX Organic and Mediawan SPACs. I2PO has raised €275 million with the aim of acquiring one or several companies in the sub-sectors such as streaming and content distribution, music, intellectual property of media and services, electronic games and sports, online learning, and leisure platforms.

Ignacio Duch, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kompuestos, opens the trading day in Paris.

Kompuestos S.A. is a manufacturing company specialized in designing and producing biodegradable resins and compounds for the plastic industry. Such compounds contain mineral fillers, colors and additive concentrates which provide plastics with the mechanical properties required as well as reducing their CO2 footprint. Arthur Leroux, CEO of Enogia, and Antonin Pauchet, Deputy CEO of Enogia, open the trading day in Paris.

Enogia is specialized in the design, manufacture and marketing of heat-to-power conversion systems and air compressors for fuel cell integrators.

Blue Finance Challenge – UK-finale winnaars

Apricus heeft de UK-finale van de Blue Finance Challenge gewonnen. Lottie Newell, Managing Director van Apricus, luidde naar aanleiding hiervan virtueel de gong. Dit deed zij samen met mede studiegenoten van Tiffin Girl’s School. Apricus streeft ernaar om kleding sustainable en milieuvriendelijk te maken. Zij werden verwelkomd door Hanne Michiels, HR Officer van Euronext Amsterdam en Ambassadeur van de Blue Finance Challenge. De Blue Finance Challenge is een internationale samenwerking tussen JA Europe en Euronext N.V. voor jonge Blue Economy (‘Blauwe Economie’) ondernemers.
