We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AI Documentation Developer to join our Euronext Securities IT Solution Architecture team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation, with a specific focus on optimizing our technical documentation lifecycle through AI-driven tools.
This is an ideal position for a STEM graduate who is passionate about IT paradigms, structured project management, and the evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design Support: Assist senior architects in adopting AI based documentation tooling.
- Document Management: Take ownership of the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical documentation with modern approach that is AI capable and ready (e.g., High-Level Designs, API specifications, and User Manuals).
- AI-Assisted Technical Writing: Leverage and experiment with AI tools to draft, proofread, and summarize technical content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Quality Assurance: build AI tools to Review and revise technical documents to ensure they are clear, professional, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- IT Fundamentals: A basic understanding of core IT paradigms (e.g., Cloud Computing, Microservices, Client-Server architecture, basic networking, and APIs).
- AI Literacy: Foundational knowledge of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering, specifically for the purpose of document drafting and technical revision.
- Project Management: Familiarity with basic PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Trello, or Asana).
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken). You must be comfortable writing complex technical reports in English.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills derived from a quantitative academic background.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Markdown or LaTeX for professional document formatting.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Basic understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language) or similar diagramming techniques is a plus.
Join our Business Operations team as a Fiscal Services operations intern in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fiscal and tax-related activities within a leading European post-trade services provider. You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural environment, supporting international operations and learning from experienced professionals.
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Supporting the accurate and timely processing of fiscal and tax-related activities, including foreign tax transactions, withholding tax, tax relief at source and tax reclaims, in line with market rules and internal procedures.
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of tax reclaims requested by clients, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met.
- Helping to maintain up-to-date records of fiscal documentation, filings and correspondence in relevant systems and databases.
- Monitoring and processing incoming fiscal documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with tax authorities, custodians and internal teams to resolve operational fiscal issues and ensure timely completion of processes.

You will be mainly responsible for supporting day-to-day data analysis and data management activities. Key accountabilities
