Tronics s'introduit sur Alternext

Paris – 13 février 2015– EnterNext, la filiale d’Euronext dédiée à la promotion et au développement des PME-ETI[1] en Bourse, félicite aujourd’hui Tronics, concepteur et fabricant de nano et microsystèmes innovants, pour le succès de son introduction sur le marché Alternext Paris.

Tronics est une société grenobloise créée en 1997 et reconnue pour son expertise technologique dans le domaine des nano et microsystèmes à forte valeur ajoutée. L’entreprise conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des produits sur‐mesure ou standards auprès des secteurs de l’industrie, l’aéronautique & sécurité, le médical et les applications consumer.Tronics dispose aujourd’hui de 25 familles de brevets, résultat de 15 années de recherche et développement.

L’introduction en Bourse de Tronics  (code mnémonique : ALTRO) a été réalisée suite à l’admission aux négociations de 3 470 408 actions ordinaires composant le capital social de la société, dont 909 091 actions nouvelles émises dans le cadre d’une Offre Globale[2], incluant l’exercice intégral de la clause d’extension et l’exercice intégral de l’option de surallocation. L’opération a permis une augmentation de capital de 12 millions d’euros, prime d’émission incluse.

Le prix d’admission et d’émission des actions Tronics a été fixé en haut de fourchette à 13,20 euros par action. La capitalisation boursière de la société au jour de l’introduction s’élève à 45,8 millions d’euros.
