Introduction de DEINOVE sur NYSE Alternext

Paris, 27 April 2010 – NYSE Euronext today announced the listing of DEINOVE on NYSE Alternext.

The admission of DEINOVE (mnemo: ALDEI) was made by a global offering through the issue of new shares in an amount of €12.1 million. The admission and issue price of DEINOVE shares was set at €8.33 each. The company’s capitalization on the day of admission amounted to €40.4 million. The listing sponsor and associate bookrunner is Invest Securities. The bookrunner is Dexia Securities.
