Euronext admite à negociação um novo tipo de certificado - UBS emite 17 certificados PERLES

Lisbon, 6 April 2006 - NYSE Euronext is pleased to announce that a new type of certificate, PERLES Certificates, will be listed on Easynext Lisbon as of 7 April.

PERLES Certificates are investment products, which allow investors to replicate the performance of an underlying without leverage. These certificates are different from the performance tracking certificates already listed on NYSE Euronext London as they are issued without a set expiry date at the date of the listing. However, the issuer may schedule that expiry date as long as he does it with a year and a month in advance.
