Vastgoedcertificaat “Immo Mechelen City Center”

Kim Creten, CEO van KBC Real Estate luidt de bel ter gelegenheid van de eerste fixing van het vastgoedcertificaat “Immo Mechelen City Center” dat voortaan op Euronext Brussel noteert.
Het gaat om het eerste vastgoedcertificaat toegankelijk voor privé-investeerders sinds meer dan 10 jaar. Deze certificaathouders hebben geïnvesteerd in een modern kantoorgebouw gelegen aan de rand van de historische Mechelse binnenstad waarvan reeds 85% van de oppervlakte is verhuurd aan de Federale overheid voor de komende 15 jaar en ongeveer 8% aan de Vlaamse overheid voor de komende 7 jaar.
