Kim Creten, CEO de KBC Real Estate, sonné la cloche en l’honneur du premier fixing du certificat immobilier « Immo Mechelen City Center », désormais coté sur Euronext Bruxelles. Il s’agit du premier certificat immobilier à être accessible aux investisseurs particuliers depuis plus de 10 ans. Les détenteurs de ce certificat émis par KBC Real Estate ont investi dans un immeuble de bureaux situé à Malines qui est déjà loué à hauteur de 97%, dont 85% est occupé par les pouvoirs publics fédéraux pour les 15 prochaines années et 8 % par les pouvoirs publics flamands pour une période d’au moins 7 ans.
