Eerste handelsdag van Cenergy
Vandaag vierde Euronext Brussel de eerste tradingdag van de aandelen van Cenergy Holdings, een onderneming naar Belgisch recht, actief in stalen buizen en kabels. Cenergy Holdings vloeit voort uit een grensoverschrijdende fusie door opslorping van twee Griekse genoteerde bedrijven : Corinth Pipeworks en Hellenic Cables.
Cenergy Holdings is genoteerd op Euronext Brussel (Compartiment C) alsook op de Beurs van Athene.
Voor het luiden van de Euronext bel verklaarde Stratos Thomadakis, CFO van Cenergy Holdings: "De notering vandaag van Cenergy Holdings aandelen op Euronext Brussel vertegenwoordigt het hoogtepunt van de inspanningen om de sterke punten van Corinth Pipeworks te combineren met Hellenic Cables"
