Euronext Bruxelles a admis aujourd’hui à la négociation les actions de Cenergy Holdings, une entreprise de droit belge active dans la production de tuyaux et câbles d’acier. Cenergy Holdings est né de la fusion transfrontalière par absorption des sociétés grecques Corinth Pipeworks et Hellenic Cables.
Cenergy Holdings est cotée à la fois sur Euronext Brussels (Compartiment C) et sur la Bourse d'Athènes
Avant de sonner la cloche Euronext, Stratos Thomadakis, CFO de Cenergy Holdings, a déclaré : « La cotation aujourd’hui des actions de Cenergy Holdings sur Euronext Bruxelles est la récompense de nos efforts visant à combiner les atouts de Corinth Pipeworks and Hellenic Cables. »
