Seadrill notert på Euronext Expand Oslo

Oslo – 28. april 2022 – I dag er boreselskapet Seadrill (ticker: SDLR) tatt opp til handel på Euronext Expand Oslo. Dette er årets åttende notering ved Oslo Børs og den 25. noteringen i Euronext.

Seadrill er et av verdens største selskap innen oljeboring. Selskapet har en bred flåte bestående av jakuper, semier og drillskip. Selskapet eier og/eller opererer i dag 35 borerigger.

Ved åpning av markedet var aksjeprisen satt til 265,40 kroner per aksje, og selskapet hadde en markedsverdi på rundt 13,9 milliarder kroner, tilsvarende 1508 millioner dollar[1].

I en innspilte kommentarer, sier Simon Johnson, administrerende direktør i Seadrill: – I dag markerer nok en milepæl i Seadrills ambisjon om å sette standarden innen offshoreboring. Vi er glade for å bli notert på Euronext Expand.
