Pryme debuterer på Børsen

Oslo, 16. februar 2021 – Det nederlandske plastgjenvinningsselskapet Pryme ble i dag tatt opp til handel på Euronext Growth (ticker: PRYME).

Pryme konverterer plastavfall til kjemiske råvarer for ny plast, der den kjemiske resirkuleringsprosessen er utviklet av Pryme. 

Nylig hentet selskapet 287 millioner kroner i en aksjeemisjon, der utstedelse av nye aksjer utgjorde 256 millioner kroner og nedsalg av eksisterende aksjer 31 millioner. 

– Vi er takknemlige og glade for interessen og støtten fra investorene. Noteringen på Euronext Growth er avgjørende når vi nå skal skalere opp vår virksomhet, sier Johannes van der Endt, grunnlegger og adm. direktør i Pryme. 

Emisjonskursen ble satt til 51,20 kroner per aksje, noe som gir de utestående aksjene i selskapet en markedsverdi på 768 millioner kroner.
