Van Lanschot Kempen viert 25-jaar beursnotering

In 1999 ging Van Lanschot naar de beurs. Met de beursgang beoogde Van Lanschot verbetering van de toegang tot de kapitaalmarkt en vergroting van de naamsbekendheid. Daarnaast wilde Van Lanschot door verbreding van de aandeelhoudersbasis haar zelfstandige en onafhankelijke positie benadrukken.
Om hun 25-jarige beursnotering te vieren, luidde Jeroen Kroes, CFO bij Van Lanschot Kempen, vandaag de gong. De groep werd verwelkomd door René van Vlerken, Head Primary Markets the Netherlands & Germany CEE, Euronext Amsterdam.
