Gongslag voor nieuwe naam en ticker op Euronext Van Lanschot Kempen
Van Lanschot heet officieel Van Lanschot Kempen. Het bestaande tickersymbool op Euronext (op dit moment LANS) wijzigt binnenkort naar VLK. Karl Guha, bestuursvoorzitter, opent de beurs met een gongslag om de nieuwe naam en het daarbij horende nieuwe merk te lanceren.
Karl Guha zegt: “Met de introductie van deze nieuwe groepsnaam sluit onze communicatie met aandeelhouders en andere stakeholders nauw aan bij onze wealth management strategie. De naam Van Lanschot Kempen doet recht aan het karakter van het bedrijf, onze gemeenschappelijke cultuur en de veranderingen die we doorvoeren. De individuele merken Van Lanschot, Evi en Kempen blijven zoals vertrouwd zichtbaar in de markt en behouden hun focus op respectievelijk private banking-, particuliere en institutionele klanten.”
De naam, het beeldmerk met boom en het oprichtingsjaar 1737 en de gekozen kleur reflecteren gezamenlijk de kracht van de combinatie van Van Lanschot en Kempen.
