Value8 Tech Group luidt gong voor overname AquaServa
Met een slag op de gong markeert Value8 Tech Group de overname van AquaServa. CEO van Value8 (ticker symbool: VALUE), Peter Paul de Vries, opent de beurshandel.
In de eerste vier weken van het jaar heeft Value8 zich aanzienlijk kunnen versterken. De laatste acquisitie betreft AquaServa, een leidende partij in Nederland op het gebied van waterveiligheid. De onderneming is gespecialiseerd in het beheren van waterinstallaties en het oplossen van water-gerelateerde problematiek zoals bijvoorbeeld legionella. Twee andere transacties betreffen de overname van 60% van Kersten Healthcare, een verstrekker van medische hulpmiddelen aan mensen met een beperking en de overname van beleggingswebsites beursduivel.be en belegger.nl. Met die transacties is de groep niet alleen gegroeid, maar is het zwaartepunt nog sterker komen te liggen op de groeisectoren primair healthcare en gespecialiseerde financiële dienstverlening. De acquisitie van AquaServa past in de ambitie van de Value8 Tech Group om uit te breiden in hoogwaardige dienstverlening.
