Unox Nieuwjaarsduik

Op maandag 1 januari 2019 vindt traditioneel de Unox Nieuwjaarsduik plaats.
Het is dit jaar de 60e editie van de Nieuwjaarsduik en de 50e in Scheveningen. Ter ere hiervan luidt Sietse Busser de gong.
Scheveningen
Op 130 locaties in het hele land beginnen ruim 50.000 mensen het jaar met een frisse duik. De grootste duik vindt plaats in Scheveningen waar naar verwachting 10.000 deelnemers het ijskoude water van de Noordzee in duiken.
Voor elke duiker in Scheveningen doneert Unox één euro aan de voedselbanken. Ook in het buitenland duiken mensen van heinde en verre het water in.
