Solvay haalt €1.5 miljard op bij Euronext Brussel
Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, CEO van Solvay heeft donderdag 7 januari 2016 de slotbel geluid op Euronext. Het management van dit internationaal bedrijf in de chemie en in de geavanceerde materialen vierde het succes van de kapitaalsverhoging van € 1.5 miljard die reeds enkele weken voorheen werd gerealiseerd door middel van de uitgifte van nieuwe aandelen op Euronext. Deze transactie, bedoeld om de gedeeltelijke overname van Cytec de financieren, was de eerste kapitaalsverhoging van Solvay sinds haar notering op de Beurs in 1967.
