Philips – 130 jaar bestaan & 108 jaar beursgenoteerd

Philips, hét toonaangevende bedrijf op het gebied van gezondheidstechnologie, bestaat 130 jaar. Om dit bijzondere jubileum te vieren werd Frans van Houten, CEO van Philips, verwelkomd door Simone Huis in ’t Veld, CEO van Euronext Amsterdam, voor de opening van de handelsdag. Mirjam Rubbens, verantwoordelijk voor de Spine business bij Philips Image Guided Therapy, luidde hiervoor vanochtend de traditionele gong. Het bedrijf werd in 1891 opgericht te Eindhoven en is sinds 2 oktober 1912 genoteerd aan de Amsterdamse beurs.
