Op 10 november 2016 bezocht Benoît De Blieck, CEO van Befimmo,Euronext Brussel om de openingsbel te luiden. Daarbij officialiseerde hij de recente kapitaalverhoging van 127 miljoen euro van het bedrijf. De uitgifte van nieuwe aandelen op Euronext liet Befimmo toe om de financiële middelen te waarborgen, die nodig waren voor de investeringsstrategie op haar belangrijkste markt, namelijk die van de luxe kantoorgebouwen in België en Luxemburg en dit met behoud van een sterke financiële structuur.
