NL Zorgobligatie

Gongslag in het kader van NL Zorgobligatie
Enternext (het Euronext initiatief voor financieringsoplossingen voor middelgrote en kleine ondernemingen), ActiZ, Creditreform, AFS en Rutger & Posch en ILFA ontwikkelen samen de NL Zorgobligatie.
Dit standaardprogramma voor de uitgifte van obligaties is in de afgelopen maanden samen met 8 zorgorganisaties vormgegeven. De zorgsector heeft in de komende jaren financiering nodig aangezien het aantal 80-plussers zal verdubbelen, terwijl het budget niet meegroeit.
De zorgorganisaties hopen met de obligaties gezamenlijk circa € 150 miljoen te kunnen ophalen, voor noodzakelijke financiering voor investeringen in met name vastgoed en nieuwe ontwikkelingen op dat gebied. De leden zullen bij de ontwikkeling van de obligatie intensief worden ondersteund door de kennispartners.
