MKB Nedsense luidt gong
Peter Paul de Vries, bestuursvoorzitter van MKB Nedsense luidt vandaag de gong. Met de gongslag viert MKB Nedsense de omvorming naar een investeringsmaatschappij voor MKB ondernemingen.
Vanaf 12 februari 2018 worden de aandelen verhandeld op Euronext Amsterdam onder de naam MKB Nedsense N.V. MKB Nedsense focust zich als investeringsmaatschappij op investering in MKB-ondernemingen (het segment tot 10 miljoen euro waarde) en het ondersteunen van de groeiambities van deze ondernemingen.
Het bedrijf heeft een vliegende start gemaakt met de overname van AquaServa/Biobeheer, GNS Brinkman en Axess/Get Up. Deze ondernemingen genereerden in 2016 een omzet van 15 miljoen en een positieve kasstroom van 1,5 miljoen euro. Ultimo 2016 waren er op fulltime basis 132 medewerkers actief.
